I can´t pair the speaker with my computer. Is a desktop with dongle. I can pair other devices with the computer and can pair the speaker with phones but between the computer and speaker it looks imposible. Why?

Asked by: almianda
The JBL GO speaker supports the following Bluetooth Profiles: A2DP V1.2, AVRCP V1.4, HFP V1.6, HSP V1.2. With that said, if the Bluetooth dongle is not compatible or does not support the aforementioned Bluetooth Profiles, then the speaker would not be able to pair and stream audio via Bluetooth.

Charging my JBL GO for the first time, red LED indicator turns on and then turns off after 30 seconds, is that normal?

Asked by: Jover
It sounds like the GO doesn't hold a charge. The LED indicator on the GO should turn blue once fully charged. If you are using the GO while plugged in, there are some instances that the unit would go on and use the battery once fully charged, and after a while the LED indicator would turn red indicating that the unit is charging. Try plugging it in directly on a working power outlet in order to ensure that the issue is caused by a defect in the GO. If the issue persists, it may have developed a fault. I noticed you are in Philippines. Please e-mail support.apac@harman.com and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

I bought a JBL Go around a month ago. I charged the JBL Go using the car charger and as soon as it was connected, the speaker stopped working and the lights aren't blinking. What is the possible cause for this?

Asked by: aveo
It’s possible that the car charger may have exceeded 5V.The amount of the voltage that the JBL GO can handle . I noticed that you are in India. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.

I bought it 2 weeks ago and since yesterday it won't charge. When I plug it to the usb charger (tried various ones), nothing happens. When I press ON, blue light blinks once, then the red one 3 times (low battery) and it turns off. What's the cause?

Why does mine play for good 7-8 minutes then shuts down by itself? This happens even after it's fully charged and my phone is in full proximity.

Asked by: ruby13
The GO has power saving features. It is auto sensing and will turn off if no audio signal is detected. So, if you have the volume on the GO cranked up, and the volume on your source device set really low, it is very possible that the GO is not seeing enough of an audio signal to know to stay on. Please try turning the volume on the GO down a bit, and then crank up the volume on your source device to get to the level you desire. This will send a signal to the GO and it should stay on without any issues.

Hi, I bought a speaker on Amazon India today. Volume control buttons on speaker strangely acting as Forward and Back buttons with volume control only possible through paired device. had tried this on Windows, Android & IOS. No results even on restarting.

Asked by: Pavan
As you have stated, even after the reset, that the speaker is still behaving erratically please do contact Amazon for the warranty on your speakers as the speaker is really not behaving as it is supposed to be.

How to sync 2 JBL go to 1 device ?

Asked by: Borna_joker
Unfortunately we cannot connect the 2 JBL go’s on one device to play together. The JBL CONNECT speakers such as the XTREME,PULSE 2,CHARGE 3 and FLIP 3 are the only JBL speakers that can connect 2 speakers to play together.
