Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing sound!! I bought this a few days ago on sale to use with a netbook I have. I figured it would be a little better than the netbooks built in speakers which are hard to hear sometimes. Wrong! It's way better! It sounds incredible for such a tiny thing. It actually has some clear bass which I didn't think was possible for such a small size and from one speaker. My only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to know if it is charging and to connect it to bluetooth (i have to restart netbook) but I can usually get it to work properly. Again, the sound is very surprising and I will be checking out other JBL products if they are anything like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Gift Great Sound I received this as a gift from one of my beach friends and we kept talking about how we wish we had a speaker rather than my phone sitting out. Well to my surprise I was given this about a week ago and I love it. this truly is a awesome gift with great sound she was so delighted with it she bought her self one too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ran over with my truck! It must have fallen into the floor board and then kicked out on the concrete floor of my garage. It was dark and the hour was late. It sounded like an empty water bottle so i ignored it. Went to work the next day and couldn't find it. When i got home there it was laying I my parking spot. The clip portion was now broken and one side of the metal screen was caved in and scratched. Turned it on and it connected to my blu tooth and played perfectly. Good job JBL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW/CRISP/DURABLE/IDEA I got the JBL Clip+ and I got it thru a friend that no longer needed it. With that, I didn't pay retail value of the bluetooth speaker. iHome, in my opinion was a decent speaker.....until I got the CLIP!!! s\ Great deep sounds and I have a ZTE Max+ which had dolby app to adjust the levels of the hi, med and bass. NOW HERE'S MY IDEA (which i need help with) I put the speaker inside of a wooden cabinet from my old kitchen. added plastic front...... what can I do MORE or less to give the speaker a box and amp the sounds,. ???

JBL Clip+ works fine with my smartphone but when i use it with the PC i cannot see it in the audio device list; so, although it connects correctly via bluetooth, i cannot use it. Notebook HP ProBook 645 Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 - 64bit

Asked by: giskard_reventlov
It is possible that your computer does not support or is not setup to support Stereo Audio Bluetooth connection. To use the CLIP+ with your Windows system, you'll need to find a Bluetooth driver that supports A2DP Audio codec. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. If you don't see the Bluetooth section on Devices, chances are that there are issues with Bluetooth driver. Make sure to go to Device Manager to verify the driver is present and installed correctly. If everything looks alright, but you don't see the option, you may want to download and reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver from your computer's manufacturer support website.

How to use JBL CLIP+ as a speakerphone? It seems it only works with Bluetooth connectivity, and not with the audio jack. Does it also have a built-in mic? I've tried shouting at it and nothing heard from the end of the phone.

Asked by: Takagawa
Yes, This has a built-in microphone. Which would only work through Bluetooth. Once you plug it in through the 3.5mm audio port. The microphone would not work.

I had a problem with my JBL Clip, the problem is similiar with user name ishazxc..i've tried charging it with my laptop but nothing happened..help please..thx

Asked by: Ivanoshi77
In order to ensure that the issue is caused by a defect in the CLIP+, try using a different USB charging cable and plug it in directly on a working power outlet using any USB adapter. If the problem persists, it may have developed a fault. I noticed you are in Singapore. Please e-mail support.apac@harman.com and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

I just bought JBL Clip+ from JBL Indonesia Road Show. The quick guide says led will turn to Blue if battery charged. But it never turns blue? Only the red light turns off, so the led is off completely. Is this normal?

Asked by: sugarcho
If the unit is powered ON and is charging, you will see the red light along with the blue light. Once it is fully charged and is still powered ON, then you can only see the blue light. Naturally, if the unit is switched OFF, you would only see the red light and once fully charged, no light will be visible as the unit is OFF.

I was playing music via bluetooth through my speaker and then plugged the aux cable from stereo into my empty aux port. The music played through my stereo at the same time as my speaker like a bluetooth transmitter.. Is this normal? Will it hurt it?

Asked by: drakonis1
The CLIP+ is working as it should. It supports daisy chain and won't hurt the speaker at all.

Can you sync two JBL Clip + speakers together via Bluetooth or AUX to make the speakers play audio at the same time through only one phone. If so, how???

Asked by: Tyson Cash123
You can only connect 2 CLIP + speakers together using AUX connection. As shown in the quick start guide, connect one CLIP + using the attached 3.5mm aux cable to the AUX port of the other CLIP +. You can use the daisy chain feature whether your mobile device is connected hardwired or via Bluetooth to the CLIP +.
