Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound is incredible! I use the duet when I'm relaxing. The sound is breath taking! The clarity is stunning. The mix of high and low are well balanced. The phones are as comfortable as my favorite pillow.Great value!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound and Fit I received these for my birthday and love them. They have a great sound but what I really like is they aren't overly bulky on my head and ears.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like Em" Bought two with Valentine Day special. If there's a downside, it's that my hat size is 7 1/4 so these don't fit as tightly as I'd like, (had to settle down with the head banging a little). Range is pretty nice too, size 10 1/2 shoe and I get at least 35 heel to toe steps and have had as many as 50 before any dropout. Using Neutron as my music player and the sound is to me fantastic! Having only owned a cell phone for about four months now, I was excited to see what all the fuss with Bluetooth was, couldn't be happier losing cords! Have worn them for about five hours at a time and they're comfortable. For the price, this was, for me, a pretty nice purchase.

Are these sweat proof?  I intend on wearing them when I work out and I tend to sweat a lot.  Thanks

Asked by: Cruzr
Unfortunately, the DUET BT is not designed to be sweat proof. Over exposure to heat and sweat can cause significant damage to the headphones which is not covered under the manufacturers warranty.

I believe my question was deleted so I'll ask it once again. Doesn't the design of the padding on the headphones make them less cable of canceling outside noise while listening to music?

Asked by: Donald Rum
The JBL DUET BT are designed to rest against the ear canal opening. However, it does not have an active noise cancellation feature and surrounding can still be heard.

How does the Duet BT perform in durablility? How do they fair in rain and also what if I were to accidentally drop them from my table or off of my head?

Asked by: Jacky Chan
DUET BT's body is made of materials (high quality plastic) to protect the drivers inside but it is still well recommended to be careful not to drop the headphone. Duet BT is not water nor splash sproof, so exposing it to water may damage the headphone.

Why is it a duet?  Im looking to buy two headphones that I can use to hear/connect simultaneously to the same Bluetooth source. In other words, if I want to share a playlist with my partner can I use two headphones like these to hear the same song/source

Asked by: Mcortes108
The JBL DUET BT does not support pairing of 2 headphones to play music from only one source. However, E40BT and E50BT support this kind of technology which is called ShareMe. Built in ShareMe™ technology allows simultaneous, wireless music-listening among 2 ShareMe™ equipped headphones.

The sound when I'm using bluetooth is great. However, when I try to plug the cable and use the headphone in wired mode the sound gets very bad. This only happens when using the cable. Any suggestion on what the problem could be or some suggestion to fix ?

Asked by: brunopimentac
You can try using a different audio cable to isolate if the issue is with the headphone’s audio port or the audio cable itself. If you do not have an additional audio cable, you can try to connect it to a different phone.

How do you turn on and sync the E40BT set?  It does not have an off on button, only a Bluetooth symbol on the side of the left earpiece?   Thanks

Asked by: EileenRP
On the right ear-cup of the headphones you will see a power slide-button and its indicator. If connecting it for the first time, the headphone will enter the pairing mode automatically after its powered ON. One other way to pair is by pressing the Bluetooth button and connect to Bluetooth device.
