Rated 5 out of 5 by from great headphones i bought this a week ago, its a very nice headset with great battary life and great sound. although its not markted as noise cancelling headphone but they make pretty good job. its very comfortable and surround the ear so to conclude buy this. i just have 2 complaints one is the bass level is way low as a defult although u can always modify it and it give pretty good job even in very high volumes u can still understand and second that it doesnt have a cover bag or something to store it for the way but other than that everything is perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing headphones I've had these for almost a year now and they are simply the best. Loud and clear, not extremely bass heavy but it's still there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gives beats a run for their money! Bought these in december 2015. Its october 2016 now. I had some confusions with the bluetooth function and charging for the first few months. The wire that came with them is great. Its thin, durable, has several functions and just works. The sould quality is spectacular. Probably about the same as beats. The charge lasts two weeks of 90 minute per day use. They are very stylish and are fairly durable. I think these are just slightly better than beats and are just a great pair of headphones.

My JBL 700 headphones arrived yesterday and I'm having trouble charging the battery. Solid red for about a minute than dark. No sign of white LED. Further neither my computer nor android device can pair with these headphones.

Asked by: Daveboz
I'm good to go now. Headphones work fine and I was able to pair them to my lap top and Android device.

I want to connect JBL 700 Everest to my Laptop which doesnot have a bluetooth in built in it. I am trying to use the 3.55mm jack but i am not hearing any thing, but was able to hear in a bluetooth device

To isolate the issue, please connect the headphones to a different source (cellphone, tablet, etc.) and make sure that the 3.5mm cable is inserted all the way in to the source. If this doesn’t help, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Is there anyway to turn off the bass boosting feature of these headphones? I would like to use them for creating music on my own mac without investing in a new pair.

Asked by: hopefullybuddingstar
No. Bass cannot be adjusted in the EVEREST 700. Our headphones work best with no tonal adjustments. As an alternative, you may adjust the bass from the source device or through the application that you are using to play audio.

The LED indicator blinks when I charge the JBL EVEREST 700, but after a short while it won't blink anymore, Is it still charging? When do I know if the battery is fully charged?

Asked by: Starlord
There should be a constant red light in the EVEREST 700 while charging takes place. When charging is complete, the diode goes dark. To isolate the issue that you are experiencing, please submit a case at JBL.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

I've had my headphones for quite a few months now, and about a week, the left side of the headphones are creaking whenever I make movement. I don't think I can exchange them at this point, so any ideas on what could be causing this?

JBL Everest 700 is no longer working with my iPhone 7. I am getting no sound out of the left ear. I tried the headphones with my iPad and have no issues. I have tried deleting the headphones from the Bluetooth and rebooting the iPhone.

Asked by: Slick4563
Since it is working with your iPad, please check your iPhone 7’s Accessibility Settings and check the left/right audio balance. Simply go to Settings > General > Accessibility and make sure that it is not favoring the right end. This should fix your issue.
