Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pair of headphones for the price Bought these about two months ago and I am pretty satisfied with them. I love the noise cancelling features and Ambient Aware feature (campus walker). Battery life is solid and the EQ customization is excellent. I think the noise cancelling could use a bit of work or an upgrade (doesn't block out everything, can still hear some people talking..they may just be loud) and the paint is coming off on the edges, but that's about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound! Great Noise cancellation...very soft! Bought these cause I spend a lot of time on a plane and wanted to drown out the noise of everyone on the plane. Was hoping they were as advertised and they did NOT disappoint! Legendary sound, great noise cancellation and very comfortable. worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Noise Cancelling I bought these for using while mowing and I have since found that they can muffle out all kinds of noise, even a diesel engine on heavy equipment. Really impressive. Comfortable and great sound I just wish they would get a little louder...:)

i cant couple my headphones with my imac. the unit does not appear i the list of bluetooth devices. It works well with my iphone and ipad.

Asked by: Ergat
Please make sure that the EVEREST ELITE 700 is on pairing mode. To do this, while the headphones are off, press and hold the power button on the EVEREST ELITE 700 until you hear the audible prompt that the headphones are now on pairing mode. Once you hear that prompt, please re-check your iMac and see if the headphones are now available to connect to.

How can I use my headphone wired without turning on Bluetooth while using Noise cancelling?

Asked by: Steve Chen
While the EVEREST ELITE 700 is on, and the audio cable is plugged in, this should automatically leave the Noise Canceling "on" on the headphones.

I have a Samsung TV 7 series and when it does connect it works great with the volume but once i shut everything off it looses all of the setting will take forever to try and connect with it again and the JBL 700 Elite does connect you not hear anything

Asked by: walgarin
What you are experiencing is not normal. Please make sure that when turning the EVEREST ELITE 700 "on", you do not press and hold the power button for more than 7 seconds since this resets the EVEREST's Bluetooth pairing. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at JBL.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

I am attempting to run the HID software with my White JBL Everest Elite headphones. I get to the screen where I am instructed to connect my device to the computer and press Volume + and MFB at the same time for 5 secs. When I do this, nothing happens.

Asked by: shep07
My Headphones appear to be applying a voice frequency filter when connecting to the computer. I too cannot get the HID to link and cannot find the program to uninstall/reinstall. Would this even fix the issue? It seems very trivial for a $400AUD pair of what are otherwise outstanding headphones. Please release a Clear step by step set of instructions for unintstall/reinstall process you describe. What order should the install be performed? (I know some software can be funny like that). Look forward to your response.

I updated my everest elite 700 from my mac using usb cable and after the upedate my jbl headphones app on my iphone not recognise my everest elite 700 what can i do or you will post an update for the app?

Asked by: Tamasberes
Please remove the EVEREST ELITE 700 from your iPhone’s devices list. Uninstall and reinstall the Headphones App on your iPhone. Reset the EVEREST ELITE 700’s Bluetooth connection by pressing and holding the power button for ~7 seconds while turned on. This will place the headphones back on pairing mode. Pair and connect your iPhone and retry the Headphones App. I noticed that you are in Hungary. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.
