Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around These headphones are great all around. I'll start with the battery life when I say these headphones take absolutely forever to die. I could use these headphones every day for about an hour or two straight for a few weeks and they would still have battery life, it's ridiculous. To top it off the sound quality is excellent and they are very durable. I go to school everyday so these headphones are tossed around quite a bit in my back pack and just through every day use, that being said they have no scratches or loose parts. These also use a very common house hold charger cord therefor if I were to loose the charger it wouldn't be a problem, all parts are easily replaceable. Last but not least these headphones don't slow my phone down when using them and they are easy to connect to my phone. Overall these are a great buy and I have no complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm so happy. So I bought these headphones in the end of December 2016 and I got them yesterday. The box looked nice and so did the headphones. One thing I liked was the build quality. I put the headphones on and they sounded great. But one thing that I didn't like was that there was a little bit of lag but I got rid of it with this app that Jbl made and it's available on Mac and Windows. It was 10 minute process but it was easy.

will these work with my mac book pro retina

Asked by: pickleparty33
Certainly. As long as your Mac is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the EVEREST 300 should work without any issue. Clear the audio preference cache on your Mac Book Pro and you may want to download and reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver from your computer's manufacturer support website.

how do you pair with other headphones

Asked by: Ellsie
To use the ShareMe function on your EVEREST 300 – 1: Pair and connect the headphone to a source device. 2: Pause music or disengage voice calls from the source device. 3: Press ShareMe™ button once on the first headphone then LED starts blinking rapidly. This headphone is ready to connect to the second headphone. 4: Press ShareMe™ button twice on the second headphone then LED starts blinking slowly. LED stops blinking after ShareMe™ connects. Play the music on the source device. Press ShareMe™ button once to disconnect. **The ShareMe feature will only work with EVEREST 300 and 700 (excluding ELITE edition).**

Hi,I have just got the JBL 300 was working well for the past 2 wks, charged the 2nd time, whilst using it cut (iphone was within 2 mters), and when i powered off and on again to reset it (?) the led flashed a x2 times then red on intimitted - its charged!

Asked by: Jules27
What you are experiencing with the EVEREST 300 is not normal. It is possible, though, that the EVEREST 300 is not holding a charge. To determine where the problem is, try a different USB charging cable and plug it in at an alternate power source. I noticed that you are in Australia. If you are still experiencing issues, please send an e-mail to support.apac@harman.com and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

My headphones are SUPER tight on my head to the point that my ears feel sore and bruised and I have to take breaks using them to avoid headaches. Anyone else having this issue?

Asked by: SquirrelPLZ
I agree they are tight yes, but for me personally these fit me the best as my head is quite narrow and I compared them with other types of headphones in the shop and some just slided away.

For some reason my earphones are delaying and it will not connect to the JBL earphone app

Asked by: Philly172
To try and resolve the issue, please try these steps - 1) Drain the battery out of your EVEREST 300 until the unit dies. 2) Uninstall and reinstall the application on your smart device. 3) Remove the EVEREST 300 from the Bluetooth Devices list on your smart device. 4) Once the battery of the EVEREST 300 is completely drained, charge the battery to full. 5) Reconnect to smart device and monitor. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at JBL.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be more than glad to assist you.
