can I use a wall charger or do I need to charge with my computer

Asked by: greg51
Yes. The EVEREST 300 can be plugged in to any wall charger with 5V and 1A or higher.

I took my headphones out of the box and left them to charge for about 5 hours. I came back and tried to turn on the power button but nothing is happening. Any advice?

Asked by: Oakland
The EVEREST 300 comes with a factory charge which can be used out of the box. Please try using a different wall adapter that has a rating of 1.0A or higher. If this was purchased from a local store, please contact them and they will be able to assist. If purchased directly from us, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

How do you lower the volume? I lowered the volume to one, but it is still too loud.

Asked by: happy123
The EVEREST 300 and your audio source volume works independently, so to possibly get the suitable volume output, please make sure that you adjust both according to your preference.

Am I able to use the Bluetooth setting while the headphones are charging using USB?

Asked by: Madds527
Unfortunately, no. You cannot use the Everest headphones while it is charging. The Bluetooth feature will be deactivated and it will not connect to any smart devices while the battery is in charging mode.

I've bought mine 2/3 months ago. I have problem with connecting through bluetooth with apple products. Whitman I do with this?

Asked by: adam12
Please make sure that the EVEREST 300 is on pairing mode when connecting to different devices. If you are pairing to another source device, please reset your headset. To reset it, with the headphone in OFF state, press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds. This enables the EVEREST 300 to go into pairing mode. Search Bluetooth devices from your source source and connect to the EVEREST 300. Play music and enjoy. I noticed that you are in Poland. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.

Have only just got these headphones yesterday and recently when I have been listening to music on my phone, it lags and it almost seems like it is buffering, this is when I am about 1 meter away from my phone??

Asked by: Jamescrane17
Assuming you are connected via Bluetooth, there is a high chance that it is because of EMI (electro-magnetic interference). EMI interferes with the Bluetooth connection causing your EVEREST 300 to disconnect and/or cut in-n-out. The EVEREST 300’s maximum Bluetooth range is 10 meters (roughly 33 ft.) without any connection obstacles (i.e. other wireless devices, concrete walls/divisions). This decreases significantly in a typical home set-up. Try resetting your EVEREST 300 by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds, after the headset is powered OFF. This enables the EVEREST 300 to go into pairing mode. Search and connect to the headset again on your source device. I noticed that you are in the United Kingdom. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the store where you purchased the unit and they will be able to help.

I received my Everest 300 headphones last week, charged them, and have used them for roughly 5-6 hours. I'm leaving for a lengthy business trip and I figured I'd "top-off" the charge. When I plug in the charging cable, the red light does not llluminate

Asked by: Turkc
Once the battery is full, the red light on the EVEREST 300 will not illuminate since it does not need charging.
