My JBL Everest 300 headphones have a delay in audio when watching video or listening to music from my Apple devices. Is there a fix to this? If not this is really disappointing... :(

Where is the pairing button in everest 300? Why my headphone doesn't want to paired?
I got the Everest 300 1 Days ago and now there is a sough, (zu deutsch rauschen). I really downgrades the sound quality. Is there a fix to that? and also for the Lipsync problem? Since I can'tell find the HIDtool anywhere.
So my friend's cat chewed through the 3.5mm cord to connect the headphones to devices. Is there anywhere I can get a replacement for the headphones? I discovered the size of the jack that connects to the headphones is a different than most aux cords....
