Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing These headphones are amazing. I did a lot of research before I made this purchase. I wanted great workout headphone but also slim looking and noise cancellation. These headphone are perfect. I can work out in them for hours, they are extremely comfortable and sounds wonderful! Being able to change the outside sound makes me feel good about still hearing my surroundings. There is nothing I dislike about these headphones! I highly recommend to anyone!!!

I enjoyed watching movies without having the flight mode feeling. Awesome! Cant hear the kids playing nor the engine. Great features and truly noise cancelling and i can customize the features based on my preference using the JBL app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Bluetooth headphones I looked/listened to several bluetooth headphones and these are by far the best for the money. They sound very good and are generally comfortable. One thing that I particularly like is the Android app that can be used with these. The ability to adjust the EQ is excellent. My only minor complain is that they are a tad tight - at least I notice it more since I wear glasses. They push the frames into my head and after around a half hour I have to take the phones off for a bit. One suggestion I have is for the app - make it possible to adjust the auto power down feature. I think it is a bit short.

I was using my JBL® Everest™ Elite 300; working fine; when I went to power down, nothing happened I've tried to charge, no charging lite Any ideas?

What you are experiencing is not normal. There should be a constant red light in the LED of the EVEREST ELITE 300 while charging takes place. However, if the unit does not react on any button presses nor getting charged, what you can do is let the battery drained completely, and then fully charge the unit. If this doesn't help, please submit a case request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Yes, the EVEREST ELITE 300 utilizes a 2.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable for a wired connection.

can i change the ear pads or fix it somehow it started to get ruined also the bass on the left pad is getting bad i think bec. the left pad is not as tight anymore its kinda loose

Why is my bluetooth not turning on all of a sudden

We apologize if you are having issues with your JBL Everest Elite 300, behavior of the unit is not normal and this can be caused by either the unit is low on battery or it is completely drained, please charge the unit for at least 3 to 4 hours. Once the unit is charge try to turn on the unit as normal and if the issue persist we suggest to do a reset. To do the reset follow the steps below. 1. While the unit is OFF, press and hold POWER BUTTON for at least 10 second or until led indicator starts flashing red and white (placing unit on pairing mode.) 2. One unit has been reset, you need to re-establish connection to your device. 3. Go to your device settings and under Bluetooth, forget the device and toggle ON/OFF bluetooth to clear the device list and re-pair the unit to the device. Should the issue persist we suggest to submit a case to http://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will further assist you.

Hello, does the Everest 300 support connectivity with Windows 7 and will the battery lasts up to 10 hours via Bluetooth since the Bluetooth version of my laptop in lower than Bluetooth 4.0? Also does it have drivers for Windows 7? Thanks!

Certainly. As long as your computer is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the EVEREST 300 should work without any issue. The EVEREST 300 has a rechargeable battery that offers up to 10 hours of play time, varies by volume level and audio content. The EVEREST 300 doesn't require any specific driver.

Which setting provides the best ambient noise reduction on the elite 300 model

It depends on the user. Try all the settings and adjust it according to your preference. Ideally, keeping the noise-cancelling ON while having Ambient Awareness OFF provides the best noise reduction.

How can I turn off active noise cancellation on my desktop PC?

The active noise cancellation can be used via My Headphones app which is only available on mobile devices. The noise-cancelling can be turned ON and OFF using the smart button on the headphones, once it is programmed using the app.

Is the warranty worldwide and lifetime warranty?

The JBL Everest 300 Elite carries a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. However, Harman Kardon do not offer International and Lifetime warranties. As Harman products are not covered under International Warranty, customers are encouraged to seek product replacement from respective distributor with whom purchases are made.
