Microphone doesn't work when e55bt is connected through Bluetooth. Please let me know what the solution would be.

It sounds like your phone’s current Bluetooth settings is set to Audio option only. To enable the microphone function, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the E55BT settings. Tap on the Headset option, leaving both Audio and Headset options with a check mark. I noticed that you are in Turkey. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.

I would like to upgrade the E55BT Wireless Headphones but this is not comparable with the JBL App? How should I go about doing this and what improvements will the software update add?

Unfortunately, the JBL Headphones app will not work with the E55BT since it does not have a noise cancellation feature. Only our EVEREST ELITE models and the REFLECT AWARE are compatible with our JBL app. There is no available update on the E55BT as of this time.

I just got this headset. I'm charging them via my desktop but when I slide the "on" switch, the headphones won't turn on. They work with the audio cable connected. Without the cable the on switch doesn't work and there's no blue light.

Is the mic built-in to the ear cups or is it seperate and needs to be attached? I would like to use these  to teach online with and am wondering how well the microphone works in comparison to a permanent built-in microphone?

Yes, the E55BT has a built-in microphone that you can use for phone calls via Bluetooth connection. In wired mode, the bundled cable has also a microphone so you can use it for hands-free calls.

How can i clean my white e55bt jbl ?

I had connected my JBL E55BT to my PC via Bluetooth, but no idea why, the sound only come out of the headphone is if i had chosen the headset instead of the stereo option(available speakers option).. any reason for this? i'm using Window 10 btw.

Hi Thank you for your question. When you connect a headphone to a device, it is normal that the device will select your connected device for sound output and switch off other output devices. some source devices can play to multiple output devices at the same time, but you will have to switch them on manually. Hi. We specify iPhones and Android phones for our headphones, and cannot guarantee functionality with Windows phones. But with wireless Bluetooth connection, they should work fine with a Windows phone. In order to be absolutely sure, you can make sure that you have full right of return in the shop where you buy them, or bring the telephone to the shop to test first.
