Can you use Women's Series Enhancers Size 4 on
Inspire® 500 for Women?
Yes-- the plastic earbud under the enhancer is identical to the other Inspire headphones.

I have the same question with regards to the compatibility with Apple Watch 2.
The INSPIRE 500 for Women is compatible with the Apple Watch 2. Many users encountering Bluetooth connectivity issues with headphones find that resetting the watch and retrying the connection resolves the issue. Please try this out. How waterproof are these headphones? Could I aqua jog in them (be in the pool but head not going under water)?
It is not advisable to wear the INSPIRE 500 while in the pool. The earphones are tested and rated to be sweat-proof but not waterproof. Being sweat-proof protects it from splashes and rain but continuous exposure to water may cause damage.

How do I use the control to pass through songs? i can only figure out how to play/pause music and turn the volume up and down.

Should I charge my headphones before I use them for the first time?
All of our new units are pre charged so the first time charging varies on how much battery the stock unit has when you bought it.

I love these headphones but I have lost one of the ear bud tips. I cannot find replacements, all the replacements say they are only compatible with 100-400 series. Please help!

How far can they be from your phone and still work
The Bluetooth range varies, you should get up to 15 meters when using this product. Stable streaming performance can be achieve when both the headset and source device are in the same room, with no large objects blocking their line of sight. Please note that your body is very much like a wall, when it comes to passing Bluetooth audio. So, for best performance, have your sourced device located on the left side of your body, the same side as the Bluetooth receiver on the headset.

my phone can't find the device
I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with your INSPIRE 500. Please make sure the headphone is on pairing mode by pressing and holding the middle button until you see a blue led light flashing quickly. If this doesn't help, please try to connect the INSPIRE 500 to a different smartphone.
