Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall i just bought these and so far i love them, they sound way better than i thought they would, very loud blocks out other sounds when you have these in, bluetooth connection was easy and quick battery is good, i dont know how long it takes to charge fully but right out of the box it lasted 7 hours which is amazing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use for running and it is really good! For anyone complaining about earpieces falling out of ear, please jut search for custom earbuds. For me the smallest buds fit the best and doesn't fall out while I'm going for a run. Sound quality – as usual the best and there isn't anything to change. Battery – 8 hours is enough and charging doesn't take long.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from First Earbuds and I like it the earbuds is super great. In term of price, for 60$ it is very great. I can hear the sound and bass clearly. able to keep up the with with one full charge. Easy to connect with device. Although i have a small problem with the ear tips, i kind of like the ear tip a bit small.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound quality, connectivity issues Although these headphones sound great, here are my problems with them: The weight is not evenly distributed so if you're not clipped in, they fall out pretty easily. But that is secondary to sync issues that occur while watching Facebook videos. Audio and video are out of sync; which does not occur with my other bluetooth devices. I'm hoping JBL comes out with a firmware update to solve these issues.

When i connect earphones to any device and start playing something i get disconnect but earphones still show blue light. After this no one button don't work and earphones too ( It's new earphones

That means the headphone is ready to pair again. Also, please try to pair the headphone to a different source(Smartphone or Tablet) to quickly isolate the issue. Hi, Did anyone managed to pair E25BT with apple watch 2 ? I could not :(

The JBL E25BT should be able to connect directly to your Apple Watch to play music. To do this – 1 - Put your headphones in Discovery mode. While the JBL E25BT is on, press and hold the power button for >2.5 seconds. The light indicator should start flashing red and blue. The JBL E25BT is now on pairing mode. 2 - Open the Settings app on Apple Watch. 3 - Tap Bluetooth. 4 - Select the JBL E25BT. The apple watch is an extension of the iPhone. If the primary audio content is coming from the phone, the watch and headset will only work if they are within a certain distance of the iPhone. If you are having issues with this, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

To reset the E25BT, press and hold the middle button while it’s turned ON until the blue light is blinking. That means the headphone is ready to pair again and the Bluetooth pairing list is cleared. Re-pair your device once connected.

The JBL E25BT utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most laptops. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the telephone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Your computer must connect to the JBL E25BT using the Stereo Audio protocol. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio. I noticed you are in Turkey. If none of these things work, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can.

Hello, last month i bought E25BT.last week during my run, it turned off automatically. then i tried to charge again and then it worked as per normal. Yesterday i used again for my run ,it went off again.Now not charging not turning on also.Pls help. :)

I connect E25bt with my note5 and listen musics. When i leave e25bt far from my note 5. Led will show in blue but it can not do anything (hang) and cannot power off. I have to connect to charging and power on again.

Hi, When connected via Bluetooth with a mobile phone, you can accept incoming phonecalls, by pressing the middle button on the inline remote/microphone. If you require further information, please send us an email on customer.support@harman.com

I have no trouble connecting to my earphones until earlier today. I don't know what happened but my iphone can no longer detect it! I just bought mine last January 2017. Please help!
